Liberate Hyderabad from Razakars: Amit Shah

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that representative of Razakars has been sitting in the parliament for the last 40 years.
He was speaking after a roadshow in Hyderabad’s Old City on Wednesday in support of BJP candidate K Madhavi Latha.
Appealing to the voters to ‘liberate Hyderabad from Razakars’, he urged the people to vote for the BJP to join Hyderabad with the mainstream.
Razakars were the paramilitary volunteers who carried out atrocities on common people, particularly on Hindus in Nizam state while assisting the Nizam government in keeping the Hyderabad State independent after India gained Independence in 1947.
The Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency is considered a stronghold of the AIMIM.
