Telangna: High Court verdict on TRS MLAs poaching case likely on Feb. 6

The High Court of Telangana is likely to deliver its verdict on February 6 in connection with the government’s appeal in the TRS MLAs alleged poaching case.

Earlier, a single bench of the court, comprising Justice Bollam Vijaysen Reddy quashed a SIT probe and directed the state government to hand over the case to CBI.

However, the Telangana government filed an appeal against the single bench order.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan will decide the matter on Monday.
