MGIT student stage protest demanding vacation

Students of the reputed Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT), near Gandipet in Hyderabad, staged protest on Monday demanding vacation.
Hundreds of students gathered in front of the main entrance to the institute and raised slogans demanding vacations in view of the scorching summer.
The students told the authorities that they were unable to bear the heat and hence the authorities should consider declaring holidays. The students also learnt to have told the college authorities that almost all the educational institutions have declared holidays keeping the health of their students in view and the same principle was applicable for them too.
