T-Congress leaders sing unity song

Senior leaders of the Telangana Congress on Wednesday decided to put an end to internal differences and work together to bring the party into power.

The senior leaders met at the residence of senior leader Komatireddy Venkat Reddy. State incharge of Congress, Manikrao Thakre, PCC president Revanth Reddy, Congress Legislature Party leader Bhatti Vikramarka, Uttam Kumar Reddy, Mahesh Kumar Goud, Ponnala Laxmaiah, AICC secretary Sampath Kumar and others attended the meeting.

Since only 100 days are left for assembly elections, all the leaders have decided to keep their differences aside and work unitedly for the victory of Congress party, Venkat Reddy and Sampath Kumar said.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Venkat Reddy said that only the family of KCR developed in the last nine years. The time has come for KCR to leave Pragati Bhavan, he said adding that free power for agriculture is not being given for more than 8 hours. “After I personally inspected the log books at several sub-stations, the duration has been increased,” he said. Ending the rule of an autocrat in the state is the goal of Congress party and to achieve this all the leaders will work hand in hand, Venkat Reddy said.
